evyone hve their own dream of the best,great and ideal body weight...including me~~do you know how to count body mass a.k.a BMI (what haa??)our height time weight over weight..

im really want iudeal weight that suitable with my height that is 162cm..(mybe)..the ideal weight for me 53-55...now,in 18 years old..i juz 49kg~`(of course!!this is true..dont believe me??..let flow me to science lab..n check it out~~,


what i should do? i love to eat!!ahaa>>>juz at school during my recess time>>when back from school,iv e pack duty...(including my "short nap"..)...till "fgot to hving my lunch"...


owhho..i dont mind~~(yeah ri8)...the most important things is..ive hve good and balance diet!!n great life style~~i love jog'g at padang astaka,every saturday mornin...

What im dislike about myself??..huuhh...im always sleep in da evening..im always spend 2 to 3 hours to sleep.others than that,wim too talkative girl..im quite dificult to stop while im enjoyning having chat wif my buddy.im laugh too laudly,and i know that abad habit!!so terrible~~just disturbin' otherswhile chatting..then,im too sensitive girl.Everybody can make easy make me to cry.mybe bcause that is the common factor as a girl...when im cryin,it look to childish and sometimes till my eyes "swell like a gold fish"(said Mrs.Ling Siew Ming)..hahahaha.......
